Coding is the new literacy. Children need strong foundation in understanding the “idea of programming” rather than any specific platform.
The aim of the course is to introduce children to software engineering, giving them an exposure into computer science, explain how software works, how to plan a program behavior, how to implement and fix the problems.
After first few introductory classes, children can build programs of their own. Our teachers guide them through basic to relatively complex ideas and enable the children to come up with their own solutions. There are “Hour of Code” competitions and periodic challenge sessions. Upon successful completion of course, children get certification.
